What is Dry Brushing?
Dry Brushing is an ancient exfoliating technique that is practiced all over the world. It is simply brushing your skin with a dry natural bristle brush just like the ones above. You can purchase these in Pharmacies , TESCO or any good health store. I am sure I have spotted them in Natures Gold, Greystones.
