Relaxation may be one of the most obvious Benifits of soaking your feet however there are so many more.


Did you know that immersing your feet in warm water for 15-20 mins can lift your mood and your energy levels. It has also been proven to reduce aches and pains not only in your feet but all over your body.


The reason for this is that once your feet are immersed in warm water the bodies temperature increases relaxing all muscles, tension & stress and while doing this boost the immune system.

Benifits of soaking your feet:


1. Eliminate toxins which will help overall health and wellbeing.


2. Increase body temperature which will relax muscles all over the body.


3. Soften feet reducing problem like calluses, corns and dry flaky skin.


4. Reduce Stress due to their soothing abilities just 10mins can help calm the mind and body into a state of relaxed bliss. This will lead to improved sleep and over all better moods.


After studying reflexology over ten years ago I realised the power we have to cure and heal ailments all over the body through our feet. Your entire body is connected to your feet and each area of the foot represents a part of your body. While reflexology is considered to be a relaxing treatment it also has been proven to do so much more to help improve your overall wellbeing.


If you can't make it to a salon try soaking your feet at home for 15/20mins preferably at night. Add a few cups of Epsom Salt to increase benifits.
